My criticism
This Mulan is visually marvellous. What a shame it didn't come out on the big screen in the movie theaters.
Mulan is courageous and emancipatory for women.
Yifei Liu is remarkable in her role as Mulan but Donnie Yen, Jason Scott Lee, Jimmy Wong, Chen Tang ...... are great too.
