Exclusive interview with Talitha Eliana Bateman American Actress.

Hi Talitha Eliana,  I'm very happy to do this interview and I hope this finds you and yours safe and healthy

Could you tell us about your character Alexis Logan in  Away ? 

Alexis Logan is a smart, respectful and dedicated daughter. Who is trying to navigate her life when her father is suddenly bound to a wheelchair and her mother goes on a mission to Mars. 

I saw the trailer and I think,  it is a Mind - boggling .

What did you like when you read the script  ?

When I first read the script, I really liked the complexities of the characters.

I felt like each of them had their own uniquely beautiful element to offer the story.

How was the filming with Hilary Swank, Josh Charles....... and the creator  Andrew Hinderaker ?

Away has been one of my favorite projects I’ve gotten to work on. It was my first experience with a full series so I went into it with a bit of trepidation.

But every single person involved in this show was so kind and willing to lend their time to me.
No matter what I needed. And due to Hillary and Josh, even the work portion didn’t feel like work. I fully enjoyed every scene we had together.

I also really appreciated how much freedom Andrew gave us.
He was so open to our interpretations and ideas that we really got to make it our own.

Did you perform with your co-stars before ?

No. Prior to “Away”  I hadn’t been able to work with any of these people before.

To be an young actress , is that a problem for the school ?

It has definitely presented some challenges before.

But I have to say, I have been very lucky with certain teachers I’ve had and family members who have been willing to help me get a good education.

You have eight siblings and you have sisters and brothers who are actors or actresses as you.

When you are together, you speak of your role, movies.........?

On occasion. If it comes up in conversation or if one of us wants advice on an audition then we’ll discuss it.

But our careers are only a small fragment of our relationships.

I know it is difficult to predict for movies, TV series....... for the moment with the Covid-19, but what is your next challenge ? 

I would like to say that I have something lined up but the truth is, this industry is really unpredictable and you can never firmly know what’s going to happen in your career.
